Harry continues to be lots of fun. He's a very busy boy, and Nate's parents tell me that Nate was the same way, so we know who to blame. He's pretty much constantly on the move and rarely sits still. He even kicks his legs in his sleep! He's been learning new words almost daily, and at last count was well over 40. He wishes he was six feet tall, so that he could see everything and get into everything. He'll even stand on my feet just to get a half inch taller. The climbing stage has just begun as he just figured out how to get up on the kitchen chair. Nothing is safe! Here are some pictures from the last few weeks.

Nate took Harry out to build a snowman (or really a snow bear.) Harry was more interested in the lawnmower in the garage, so Nate finally took it into the driveway so he could make the snowman and watch Harry look at the lawnmower. I hope he's still interested in the mower when he's twelve.

This picture is from the morning after Harry was sick with croup. I love it cause he looks perfectly healthy, and also because he's wearing my Christmas socks. I told him that I needed to get some socks, so he went with me to the dresser, opened it and took these out. Then he pointed to his own feet. He's quickly learning where things are and what they are for.

Harry can get a little bored at home, so one night Nate took him upstairs in our house (where we rarely go) and found some markers. He wasn't that interested until Nate showed him how you can write on hands or a face...

Since he enjoyed the change of scenery upstairs, Nate decided to move one of our gates upstairs. Harry loves the power tools and wants very much to be a part of whatever is going on with the drill. He is definitely all boy!

With the first really big snowstorm we took Harry out sledding. Here's a shot of Harry in his little sled while Nate starts pulling him to Mulick Park.

The first hill we came to was the one in our front yard. So of course we tried it out right away.

It's hard to tell with all his gear on, but he loved it. He had a huge smile on his face the whole time. I think I would love sledding too if I never had to get out of the sled and someone else brought me up the hill each time.

Nate also got a larger sled so they could both go together. I think Harry enjoyed this one too, but maybe not as much as the little one.

Here we are heading home from the park. We didn't get many shots of the big hill since we didn't do too many of them and he seemed to be getting cold.

But once we got home, we had to bribe him to come inside with the promise of a graham cracker. Here he is pointing out the cupboard to me just in case I forgot where they were.
