We took Harry in for his first haircut on the 15th. He seems to have inherited my hair (Meg) and so he's got quite a bit already for his age. I wasn't quite ready to let his angel wings go, but Nate convinced me that the baby mullet wasn't a good look for him and that it was time. We took him to Snip-its, a place that specializes in kids. I don't know if we'll go there every time, but it was nice to have someone with experience for his first haircut.
Here is just a shot of Harry and Nate on the couch. Harry is wearing his adorable Oshkosh overalls and actually sitting still for a second.
Here's an idea of how long his hair was getting.
This kind of shows how long it was in the back.

Here's another before shot of the baby mullet.
Here's a picture of how long it was getting in front and around the ears.
Here's a before shot of how long it was on top. We were at Snip-its waiting for someone to be available. Harry was very curious about what those other kids were doing.
He had fun running around the store while we waited.
One more before shot of the baby mullet.
A rare shot of me and Harry with an unfortunate yellow background.
Not to sure of what's going on here.
Getting ready for the scissors...
First cut!
Here's a bigger shot of the place. Nice little chairs and even a cartoon which our non-TV watching child could care less about. We had a very nice stylist, Angela, who was very patient.
Harry will sit still for almost anything if you bribe him with graham crackers.
Playing with an Elmo cell phone and graham crackers. This whole thing doesn't seem too bad!
And now he's done with her trying to trim around the ears.
So here's the clippers. Notice the little curls on the counter that we kept.
Here's another before shot of the baby mullet.
